Introduction of Special Phosphate Brick for High Temperature Zone of Rotary Kiln:
Phosphate brick is a concentration of 42.5% ~ 50% disc acid solution as the binder, aggregates is adopted by the alumina clinker rotary kiln above 1600 ℃ calcination.In the process of using refractory brick, phosphoric acid reacts with alumina powder and refractory clay on refractory brick surface, and finally forms a binder mainly composed of square quartz type aluminum orthophosphate.
Phosphate brick Product features:
1. High strength and good wear resistance.
2. It has good chemical erosion resistance, and its alkali resistance is better than clay brick and high aluminum brick.
3. Good thermal shock resistance.
4. High softening temperature under load.
