Introduction:
silicon carbide refractory bricks are used silicon carbide ultrafine powder as the main materials, dried and sintered by a chemical nitrogen reaction. We can produce various shapes according to different requirements of the manufacturers.
Silicon carbide brick features:
Refractory brick has the feature of high temperature resistance, good thermal shock resistance, good resistance to abrasion and corrosion.
Silicon carbide stopper brick application:
1. It is mainly used in precision casting.
2. used at the bottom of the stopper rod
3. It’s tightly matched with nozzle brick.

Manufacturing Process Flow:
First, qualified raw materials enter to our raw materials warehouse
Second, all materials including fine powders, aggregates, binding agent are batched according to the technical agreement.
Third, finished raw materials is shaped by 630 tons pressure machine or 2500 tons automatic hydraulic pressure machine.
Forth, green bricks is dried in the dry kilns between 40℃ and 120 ℃, and then sintering in high temperature according to the firing curve.
Last, check the quality of finished refractory bricks and qualified products are packed as request.
