High Refractoriness under Load Al2O3 48% High Alumina Insulating Fire Bricks
Introduction:
High alumina insulating fire bricks are also known as high alumina heat insulating bricks. It is a new type of lightweight insulating material which contains approximately 48% alumina, mullite and glass phase or corundum.
Features:
High alumina bricks has the feature of has advantages with high porosity, small volume density, good insulation effect, high mechanical intensity, small thermal conductivity and long service life.
Application:
High alumina brick is widely used in lining orinsulating layers of various industrial furnaces, and kilns in petrochemical, machinery, ceramic industry

Manufacturing Process Flow:
First, qualified raw materials enter to our raw materials warehouse
Second, all materials including fine powders, aggregates, binding agent are batched according to the technical agreement.
Third, finished raw materials is shaped by 630 tons pressure machine or 2500 tons automatic hydraulic pressure machine.
Forth, green bricks is dried in the dry kilns between 40℃ and 120 ℃, and then sintering in high temperature according to the firing curve.
Last, check the quality of finished refractory bricks and qualified products are packed as request.
