Introduction of high alumina brick:
High-alumina brick is a kind of refractory material. The main component of this refractory brick is Al2O3.
Feature:
1. High refractoriness.
2. Good spalling resistance and wear resistance.
3. Good corrosion resistance.
4. Good thermal shock resistance.
5. High mechanical strength.
6. High-temperature creep rate is low.
Application:
High alumina brick is widely applied to industrial furnace, glass furnace, chemical industrial furnace, utility industry furnace lining, smelting furnace, and heat insulation ventilation wall.

Manufacturing Process Flow:
First, qualified raw materials enter to our raw materials warehouse
Second, all materials including fine powders, aggregates, binding agent are batched according to the technical agreement.
Third, finished raw materials is shaped by 630 tons pressure machine or 2500 tons automatic hydraulic pressure machine.
Forth, green bricks is dried in the dry kilns between 40℃ and 120 ℃, and then sintering in high temperature according to the firing curve.
Last, check the quality of finished refractory bricks and qualified products are packed as request.
